CRM Consolidation for a Czech Fintech: From Fragmentation to Focus
Between 2019 and 2021, I led a major CRM transformation for a mid-sized Czech fintech company.
The goal: consolidate several disconnected applications used by Operations, Back Office, Collections, and Call Center into a unified CRM platform based on Salesforce.
As the project’s architect, developer, and delivery lead, I:

Building and Leading a Scalable Delivery Team Across CEE
Between 2021 and 2023, I led the development and growth of a nearshore consulting delivery team across Central and Eastern Europe for an international consultancy. The team supported projects across Europe and the U.S., covering a wide range of CRM and enterprise technology domains.
In my role as Practice Manager and later Director, I was responsible for:

Regulatory Transformation for WLTP Compliance in Automotive
From 2018 to 2019, I served as Lead Developer and Lead Analyst in a major project for Renault, during a critical regulatory shift in the European automotive industry. In response to the new WLTP regulations for vehicle homologation, our team was tasked with designing and building a new compliance management application.
The application handled homologation “template” management across Renault and Dacia’s entire European subsidiary network. Built with Java EE, Angular, and PostgreSQL, it was designed to ensure compliance with the new standards at scale.

Loyalty Strategy & Digital CRM Foundation for a Swiss Watchmaker
In 2024, I led the definition of a modern loyalty and membership strategy for a Swiss watchmaker. The goal was to create a CRM-driven ecosystem that connects loyalty, digital marketing, and e-commerce into a cohesive customer experience.
